he will never know
he will never know what he means to me
he turns his back away and leaves
i sit here crying in the dark
my cars on tracks and its in park
i see a light coming to my right
i dont even try to fight
i wait there hoping he will come
and then i just feel so dumb
i know hes not coming back
but i still can hope cant i?
love is strong thats a fact
but will it last threw a lie?
i still wonder how he feels
i fought the tears when i said good-bye
so on the dash i put my heels
for now in a moment i will die
hes moved on already
so why not i?
the ground shakes but i am steady
time for one last bite of pie
the trains horn blows loud threw the night
my silence filled with noise
suddenly my body fills with fright
and i lose all my poise
i close my eyes and see him
the horn blows and i hear his voice call out
my future just seems so dim
i open my eyes at the shout
standing before my eyes was my love
just as i had remembered him last

Her CatalystAs she walks through the maelstrom, the words trace upon the tips of her fingers and press into the stone. Every brick, every crack in the concrete, every crossed and angular stroke in reds and blacks and oranges. The drips of the gasoline pool around the base of her boots, slosh as she steps over the burst pipes and the rubble.
So much rubble. So little outcry. The silence of the city grates on her eardrums and the mantras she'd been forced to memorize. The Seers demanded they observe thirteen years of recitation before they attempt to weave their first World together.
But who other than the Seers can claim the incantations that knot the skeins they twist and pull on like reins hold fast? When have any of the Sisters recorded the visions they traced upon space-time and recited them, left them open for critique and discussion and debate?
